[new kit] Sleepy Joe#24792

Sleepy Joe will be able to pick up their own bed but only if 60 percent of the payers agree, the item that will be able to pick up the bed will cost 1 emerald and will be a one time use. once picked up sleepy joe can go place the bed anywhere except for in bases (at the beds area is fine just not where the gen and the shops are). If sleepy joe dies with the bed by falling in the void without being hit by a player they will spawn back with the bed in hand, but if they die to a player or are hit off by a player into the void they will die and their team will lose their bed. if sleepy joe dies with bed in hand by a player they will not respawn.
